Megan has been managing businesses since 1980. She received her degree in accounting at SJSU. She is responsible for the organization’s mission and vision. She handles financial decisions, budgeting, expenditures, taxes, forecasting and funding procurement.

Jose have been in the auto body industry since 2012. Prior to being a General Manager, he worked his way quickly through the ranks as a customer service representative, a service advisor, a developmental auto specialist, and then to an assistant manager. Throughout those roles he has learned the necessary skills to handle production and throughput at maximum capacity without losing the integrity of safety requirements and resulting in high quality repairs. He handles production, customer service, monthly forecasting, procedures and processes, maintaining equipment and insurance relations. He joined Advanced Auto Body in 2021.

Valerie has been employed at Advanced Auto Body since 1995. Valerie has been in the automotive industry since 1990. Before working here, her experience included service writing for auto repair/mechanic shops and handling auto body parts orders at dealerships. She now handles the final billing, supplements, payroll, AR, AP, HR, taxes, company procedures and employee training and certifications.

Tia has been in the automotive industry since 2015 and in the auto body industry since 2018. She worked as a Customer Service Rep where she became familiar with insurance company procedures, estimating and customer relations. She then transferred into the Parts Department and continues to increase her knowledge and understanding of Crash Parts Management. She joined Advanced Auto Body in 2021 and is a very valuable member of our team.

Antonio has been involved in the Auto Body industry since 2018. He joined Advanced Auto Body in 2024. He started as a technician and spent many years learning the trade. He now brings his “hands on” experience to his new role as the Quality Control Manager. He ensures that we continue to produce nothing but the safest and highest quality repair procedures and processes. He not only checks the repair in process but is also the final set of eyes before the vehicle is returned back to it’s owner.

Drew has been in the auto body industry since 1986, moving up through the ranks from apprentice body tech and painter to journeyman master technician. In 1996 he moved from the production line into estimating and production management. He quickly advanced to become the General Manager of a facility where he was employed for 21 years handling all aspects of the business. He joined Advanced Auto Body in 2022 in the capacity of Production Manager.
