want to take a minute and tell you thank you for your professionalism
and dedication ... Both my car and my truck have needed auto body repairs
several times over the past few years ... each time I have entered your
business and been greeted with kindness, professionalism and prompt attention
... you guys have gone above and beyond what the "average" body shop would
have done with my vehicles …
The
time I hit a deer (or rather, the deer hit me!) and I couldn’t get my
passenger door to open and Paul stopped what he was doing in the middle
of the day and walked outside with me and "popped" the panel out so that
I could open the door again ... the time you delivered my truck directly
to my house when it was finished because I had gone out of state on vacation
... this, after Paul made the body shop guys redo my fender because it
didn’t meet the standards of his critical eye! ... just the general way
everyone in the office treats customers deserves to be recognized.
You have an excellent team of people and your professionalism

SELDOM HAVE THE PLEASURE OF WRITING A LETTER LIKE THIS.
My car was damaged by a hit and run driver 12/31/99 in a parking lot.
I reported the loss to Ms. Brandon. I fully expected to have the car inspected
by your agent and then have to obtain several estimates. Instead I was
referred to Advanced Auto Body in Morgan Hill where the entire matter
was handled by Mr. Steve Rios in a very professional manner in one hour.
I was given a detailed estimate of the cost and a date for the repair,
When the car was brought to the shop, a rental car was waiting for me.
When I picked up my car it was ready exactly on time. (Well, it was 10
minutes later!) Their workmanship was absolutely perfect, and the car
not only was washed, it was detailed. I am impressed by the business-like
relationship between CSAA and Advanced Auto Body. I know it saved me many
hours and made the entire transaction very pleasant.

"We
feel strongly report an excellent case of quality service by one of your
outstanding employees.
We have recently experienced a minor incident -the left front light case
and assembly fell off our Mercedes. Upon inspection at Advanced Auto Body,
the right part was ordered and Steve Rios readily assured my wife that
the repair would be covered by the warranty of the work done last December.
Few days later, Steve called punctually and the part installed timely.
We also learned that not only that the light case got installed but Steve
took time to diagnose the cause and got the problem of the exterior lamp
failure signal light -"constantly on" fixed without being reminded.
Though this is not a major scope of repair but it demonstrated an effective
process of service at work and people of quality, care and professionalism
which is getting rare in contrast to the "quick/temporary fixes.
..and only doing what is minimally required shops" of today's world.
